RFP: Pressure Washing

Rocky Mount Housing Authority (RMHA)
"Request for Proposal"

The Rocky Mount Housing Authority (RMHA) is requesting proposals for "Exterior Pressure-Washing Services" for Public Housing Apartment Buildings, Offices, Community Centers, and other RMHA Buildings. This will be a two-year contract with an additional (1) one-year extension option, if agreeable by both the contracted company and RMHA.

"Scope of Work Package" is available by contacting Teresa Rhodes with the Capital Funds Development Department at (252) 407-1941.

There will be a pre-bidders conference held on Thursday, October 9th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at 1065 Pinehurst Drive, Rocky Mount, NC. It is strongly encouraged that you attend this meeting, but it is not mandatory. This conference will allow time for questions and a community tour if needed. The scope of work packages will be available at this time as well.

Please note: The Rocky Mount Housing Authority will require contractor to prove $1,000,000.00 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, $1,000,000.00 Business Auto Liability with Rocky Mount Housing Authority as additional insured; and if applicable according to North Carolina State Regulations-Workers Compensation; $1,000,000.00 Employer's Liability.

Proposals are due: Thursday, November 6th, 2025 by 3:00 p.m. Please mark on the front of the envelope " Pressure Washing Services" with your Agency Name, Address and Contact Person.

RMHA reserves the right to award the contract on whatever single or combined basis as in the best interest to the Authority, to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of thirty days
