The FMRs for unit sizes larger than four (4) bedrooms are calculated by adding 15 percent to the four (4) bedroom FMR, for each extra bedroom.  For example, the FMR for a five (5) bedroom unit is 1.15 times the four (4) bedroom FMR, and the FMR for a six (6) bedroom unit is 1.30 times the four (4) bedroom FMR.  Five-bedroom calculation $1,812.00 X 1.15% = $2,084.00 X 80% = $1,667.00
