IFB: Security Camera System Services
Rocky Mount Housing Authority (RMHA) is requesting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured vendors for "Security Camera System Services" to include: design, furnish, install, configure, and maintain a comprehensive and non-proprietary video surveillance system to enhance safety and security at designated administrative offices and/or residential properties. The system shall provide high-quality video monitoring, recording, storage, and remote access capabilities in compliance with applicable HUD Procurement and Federal Requirements. Vendors must have minimum five years commercial surveillance experience.
A Pre-Bidders' conference will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026 at 11:00 AM at 1065 Pinehurst Drive, Rocky Mount, N.C. It is Strongly Encouraged that you attend this Meeting, but not mandatory. This meeting will allow for discussion on what this contract entails, information required from vendors, questions you may have, and a tour of the communities if needed.
A Public Bid Opening will be held on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at 1065 Pinehurst Drive, Rocky Mount, N.C. Bids are to be submitted in a Sealed envelope marked (Front of the envelope) "Security Camera System Services" with Agency Name, Address and Contact Person. If you are not planning to attend the Bid Opening, bids are to be submitted to:

RMHA reserves the right to award contract on whatever single or combined basis as in the best interest to the Authority, to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities. No proposal may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of thirty (30) days.
